Customer Satisfaction Survey

At Sunroom our customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We want to make sure that you are not only visiting a clean and safe facility, but that our staff keeps you coming back for future visits and well informed on all the products and services we offer.  To that end we would ask that you please fill out the survey below, for your continued feedback on our service and how we can better serve you we will be drawing random submissions every three months for various tanning related prizes. So please make sure to fill out the survey for every visit you make to not only keep yourself in the drawing, but also to keep us on our toes and serving you the best we can.
