Here at Sunroom Tanning, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, in all of the Sunroom locations.

Customer satisfaction is our Number 1 Priority so if you have any feedback to help us improve our service we greatly appreciate all feedback. We want to hear from you, whether you wish to complain, comment on or compliment a member of our staff, the service we provided you, or anything you feel we should be aware of at any one of our tanning locations.

For a detailed satisfaction survey of your visit please see our "Survey" page where we ask several questions regarding your visit and you can even be entered into a random drawing for products and services.

  • For issues regarding service quality or exception service during one of your visits please visit our "Customer satisfaction Survey". The form below is for general inqueries and questions relating directly to billing only.  All "service" related inquiries require additional information which the "Customer satisfaction survey" is much more geared toward collecting for proper resolution of an issue or recognition of outstanding customer service by one of our tanning technicians.

    Iinformation supplied by you on this form is not given to any secondary or third party vendors. Information is only used in resolution of your question/issue and remains confidential.  Please DO NOT send any BANKING INFORMATION (account numbers, routing information, etc...) in this form, but rather give us the general information relating to your service needs and a good time to contact you via phone and we will collect that information during a call with one of our account specialists.
